Vision set

Most of us when setting the vision will try to achieve financial goal such as generating income more than 1 million for example. To increase/generate revenue more than 200% in 10 years and to be the best company within 10 years.

Maybe we can add new vision with more focus on moral or emotional achievement such as in 10 years want to have happy family, want to be more religious, want to have a excellent working environment with very good teamwork.

Having emotionally good teammate, family,  working environment will actually will improve our performance.......I think so

Vision make known

Vision is something that sometimes need to be known to everyone. This will help others to understand and also be able to assist in getting the vision achievable.

A community with a vision to become a healthy community and make know the vision to public. If everyone understand and practice healthy living by supporting the vision then it will be achievable.....I think so.
