One of component in KPI is Customer and for my personal KPI my customers are my family, my friends and who ever in communication with me.
As a customer I need to take care of them by trying to provide their needs and wants. Ensure they are comfortable and my service to them are being appreciated. Not just my family but others who I interact with. ....I think so
Financial is the one that will make my future either growing or stay as it is. What I need before doing my financial plan is the data which include current and future or expected spending and income required.
Planning start by consider cost generated by me, wife and my daughter. What's our daily, monthly and yearly activities. What we requied either a need or just good to have. Daily spending for food and other requied items for all of us. Plan for monthly spending and income as to ensure enough money available will improve my saving for future use. By controlling spending and control waste will improve my saving.
Manage my financial properly will in long term will improve my Financial KPI.....I think so.
Everything that we are doing we do measure them using all sort methods and the results are either we are happy or not so.
Same goes to school performance where how good the school is base on their students performance and measurement were taken by method of examination. Results will be reflected in the scorecard or for school is the report card.
How good the student performed will reflect in the school report card using grades A, B, C, D, and F. The measurement will gauge the student and guide the parent.
There is no failure but to what level is the student compare to their classmates. The result will help both student and parent to find solutions or method to improve.
Report card day is the time to review achievement and what need to be done to move on.....I think so

All of us have a dream what to achieve in their life. A dream that one day I have a good life with freedom to do things that I wanted to do. My dream is my Vision for my KPI.
How to achieve that, I need to plan what I need to do or my road map. I need to have my Mission to achieve my dream or Vision.
I have my dream which is my Vision and my road map for my Vision. The next step is to plan my money or financial plan....I think so.

In preparation for financial planning for my financial KPI I need to know my fixed and variable income as my financial sources. Such as my monthly salary, claims and other incomes that I have.
After identified my incomes, next is to list what I need to pay and spend each month. Based on both my income and my monthly spending, I will be able to plan my other activities. If not enough money to do or buy things required next is to plan for extra income.
Setting priority on what to pay and what to spend will provide me some indicator to plan for my future needs....I think so
