A family consists of father, mother and their kids are interrelated with each other. Each person has their KPI that includes financial, customer, process and knowledge. To monitor and ensure family goals achievable a link is needed to connect between KPIs.
My daughter need money for her school, my wife need money to buy her needs and my requirements also need to included. Each financial requirements or Financial KPI need to be group as a group KPI where I can easily monitor financial performance. What need to be spent, income available and do each individual requirements can be achieved. Or is there any adjustment required if KPI in not achievable.
Having each individual KPI and group it into one family KPI will give me more focus in ensure my family vision achieved within target set.......I think so
