Difficulties into opportunities

In our daily life we are facing with difficulties in doing things that we need to do or required to do.

Recent example is the haze that blanket our city which create difficulty in breathing when stay outside in the open area. You need to cover your nose and mouth to stay healthy when walking, riding or other outdoor activities.

This difficulty create opportunity to supply mask or something that can cover nose and mouth. Health is very important and keeping ourself healthy is the key to success.

Difficulty by other will create opportunity to the others.....I think so.

KPI for me

From my understanding, KPI basically broken into
1. Financial
2. Customers
3. Internal process to deliver
4. knowledge required to deliver

To fit into my daily activities I need to prepare
1. Financial
    a. Money to spend
    b. What to buy or pay
2. Customers
    a. My families (lower layer)
    b. Friends (same layer)
    c. Bosses (upper layer)
3. What expected to deliver
    a. What need to achieve
    b. How to achive
    c. Tools to achive
4. Knowledge to deliver
    a. Do I know how to deliver
    b. Where can I get the knowledge

With reference as stated above I have some ideals to start monitor and improve myself.

School holiday

School holiday or school break will improve everyone performances. From the kids, teachers, parents, and other groups of daily performance.

Traffics become less congest during office hours, interested places increase in visitors with increse in revenue.

Important thing is everyone feel good and in return will improve performance.

It is a chain reaction which started with school holiday. The kids will determine future performance and keeping the kid with their required KPI will improve future generations.
