From my understanding, KPI basically broken into
1. Financial
2. Customers
3. Internal process to deliver
4. knowledge required to deliver
To fit into my daily activities I need to prepare
1. Financial
a. Money to spend
b. What to buy or pay
2. Customers
a. My families (lower layer)
b. Friends (same layer)
c. Bosses (upper layer)
3. What expected to deliver
a. What need to achieve
b. How to achive
c. Tools to achive
4. Knowledge to deliver
a. Do I know how to deliver
b. Where can I get the knowledge
With reference as stated above I have some ideals to start monitor and improve myself.
