Signatures

When I'm in school I start to learn how to sign on papers as to represent me when needed. Signature identify the person.

Fill in the application forms,  issuing a cheque, using credit cards,  and others that need to put indicator that it is mine.

Another example is my car. Car plate number is unique and also represent me. Now days car models do have something that represent their model. We can identify the car model from the brand and design. During day time it is easy to recognise it but at night it is difficult to know what is the car model from distance and I notice that now many cars have their signature to identify the car model at night using their front and tail light.

Signature is very useful to identify someone or something. ..I think so

Service Center

To ensure I can deliver my tasks the best way I could, l need all my tools working as it should be. One of my tool to deliver my KPI is my transport to work that is my car. Servicing according to schedule is very important for me to deliver my tasks.

Sending my car to a service center is very important to keep me going. I have sent my car to a service center and they handle my car accordingly.  Also as the car owner and customer to the service center I was given a comfort place to wait and coffee with some snacks.  Wifi is available for me to continue my work in the waiting lounge and able me to continue working and deliver my KPI.

A good service center should be able to
1. Take care of my issue or problems
2. Comfort the customer including some refreshments
3. Provide access such as Wifi,  place to do work while waiting and also a comfortable chair.

The comfort of waiting and ability to continue doing my work will enlightened the customer.

A good customer service will improve customer satisfaction and will make customer to continue to come again......I think so

Reduce cost as one of my KPI

In improving my financial KPI as set in my KPI, I need to find extra income or reduce cost or reduce waste. To get extra income I need extra time to do extra work. To reduce cost I need to have control on my cost and one thing that I can do is control maintenance of my car.

To reduce my car maintenance cost I need to
1. Drive more patients and avoid going through road with uneven surface.
2. Keeping suitable speed
3. Always check basic items such as water level, tyres pressure, battery and oil level
4. Keep my car clean

By keeping it clean, check water and oil level and drive with care will improve my maintenance cost.....I think so

Review my KPI for 2014

2 weeks into 2014 and it is time for me to review and maybe realign my KPI for
1. Myself
2. My family
3. My father, brothers and sisters
4. My work
5. My neighbours and surrounding
6. My friends
7. My interest groups such as bikers
8. Other related activities.

Review and realignment as to ensure within control budget, cost, minimize or reuse waste, maximize quality results and the most of all enjoy doing it. A good process and action plans with support from everyone will make my executions more meaningful to me.......I think so

Monitoring My Kid KPI

First week of school and my kid was given a timetable as what subjects will be on what day. The timetable given is also as a reference for me to understand the knowledge deliver to my kid.

The timetable is part of process of learning. How many times or hours in a week, the priority of each subject and time when the subject will start.

Arrangement of subjects in each day do contributes to the understanding of the subject. Early morning class maybe good for certain subjects and afternoon class maybe good for some other subjects. Such as interactive activities classes for afternoon class will be more effective.

Making the students understand and enjoy the subject will contribute to the success of learning......I think so

Improve My KPI by Giving

Giving do improve my performance where I feel good and less stress. Lot of things that relate to us that can improve our own self with positive attitudes in mind.

GIVING helps me in my daily performance such by
. Giving donation small amount of money
. Giving way to other who in need
. Giving time to listen
. Giving time to comfort
. Giving hands helping others
. Giving ideas for improvement
. Giving smile to others

Giving in return satisfy me in my daily life.......I think so

Keeping My KPI On Track

Last week of 2013 I have reviewed and set new KPIs target for me and my family. From financial to how to execute it, what need to be done and how to achieve it.

I have to make changes to my spending due increase in prices.
I have to plan major activities needed including vacations and trips.
I have to time my activities as to ensure enough time for works, sports, vacations and other activities with family with minimum waste produce.
Also I have to make myself and my family enjoy life in 2014.

I have to start monitor my activities and review it on monthly basis. Hopefully 2014 will be a productive one......I think so
